Uma pesquisa simples em qualquer motor de busca permite encontrar uma miríade de definições e modelos de coaching ou de mentoring. Ainda me recordo de visitar ambos os tópicos na abordagem aos conceitos nucleares na minha tese de mestrado. Fui revisitar o escrito e, efetivamente, constato que nos propósitos dos conceitos então abordados mantêm-se as estratégias atuais de coaching e mentoring.
A simple search on any search engine allows you to find myriad definitions and models of coaching or mentoring. I still remember visiting both topics in the approach to core concepts in my master's thesis. I went to revisit the writing and, effectively, I found that the purposes of the concepts discussed then maintain the current coaching and mentoring strategies.
Models evolve, technologies bring people together and publicize availability. This post is evidence of that.
